1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SwarmAI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SwarmAI is a desktop application that manages multiple browser instances with AI automation. The service requires an internet connection and a valid account.

3. Account

• You must sign in with a Google account to use the service
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• One account per person; sharing accounts is not allowed

4. Device Limits

Each account has a limit on simultaneous PC connections. Exceeding the limit will disconnect the oldest session. Current limit: 1 PC per account.

5. Free Period & Paid Plans

SwarmAI is currently free during the launch period. Paid plans will be introduced in the future. We will notify users before any pricing changes.

When paid plans are introduced, payments will be processed through LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard.

6. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy. Contact us via Telegram for refund requests.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SwarmAI for:

• Any illegal activity
• Spamming or harassment
• Circumventing security measures of other services
• Any activity that violates the terms of websites you interact with

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer

SwarmAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or consequences of automated actions performed by the AI.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
